As the holiday season approaches, Miller Pest & Termite is once again making a difference in the lives of families across Des Moines, Kansas City, and Omaha. For the sixth consecutive year, our “Pest-Free Holiday” initiative is providing peace of mind by offering free pest control services to families in need.

Giving Back to the Community

Since its inception, the “Pest-Free Holiday” program has been a heartfelt way for Miller Pest & Termite to give back to the communities they serve. Joel Miller, CEO of Miller Pest & Termite, shared the inspiration behind the campaign:

Each year, the campaign selects families facing serious pest issues—such as infestations of rodents, bed bugs, or roaches—who lack the financial resources to afford professional pest control. By addressing these challenges, Miller Pest & Termite ensures these families can enjoy a safer, more comfortable holiday season.

Expanding the Reach of “Pest-Free Holiday”

Joel Miller and his wife, Jen Miller, who serves as Chief Strategic Officer, launched the campaign with the hope of creating lasting change. Over the years, the program has grown steadily, with more families applying for assistance each season.

“We typically help two or three families every year, which may not sound like a lot,” said Joel Miller. “But for those families, it makes a world of difference. We’re committed to expanding this effort and reaching even more people in need.”

How to Apply for “Pest-Free Holiday”
